Charles E. Henck Scholarship

Amount: $5,000. About: Offered by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the Charles E. Henck Scholarship is a $5,000 one-year award to undergraduate engineering or pre-engineering students. Applicants must be enrolled full-time in U.S. college or university and pursue a Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree in a course of study leading to a career in HVAC&R. Applicants must have a cumulative college GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and/or a class standing of no less than the top 30%. Applicants attending a school within the geographical area of ASHRAE Region III (Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington DC) will be given special consideration. The scholarship winner may have a chance to intern as well.

Residency Requirement: No residency requirement
Minimum GPA: 3.0
