Amount: $5,000. About: The Reagan Family Scholarship Endowment is one of seven named scholarships in the FOARE Scholarship Program, a program that provides scholarships to students with connections to the Out Of Home (OOH) advertising industry. All applicants must be able to detail their connection, either through themselves or through their family, to the OOH industry. This scholarship is designated for qualified graduate students studying city or urban planning, or a similar discipline, preferably enrolled at the University of Utah or the University of Texas. Students from other universities are also eligible if there are no qualified candidates from the two preferred schools.
