Amount: $1,000-$15,000. About: Each year, the National Black Nurses Association (NBNA) awards a wide range of scholarships to aspiring nurses. There is one general application to fill out, and applicants will automatically be considered for all of the scholarships. To be eligible, applicants must be members of NBNA, be currently enrolled in a nursing program,

About: The American Nuclear Society (ANS) offers scholarships to students who are planning a career in nuclear science, nuclear engineering, or a nuclear-related field, who also demonstrate greater-than-average financial need. Consideration is given to students whose academics have been disadvantaged by poverty. Up to nine awards of $5,000 are granted of each year.
Amount: $2,000. About: The American Nuclear Society (ANS) offers various scholarships to undergraduate sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are studying toward careers in nuclear science, nuclear engineering, or a nuclear-related field. Interested students must submit an ANS General Application. Four scholarships are awarded to incoming sophomores, and four scholarships are awarded to juniors and seniors.
