About: Offered by the Boreal Waters Community Foundation, the Minnesota Power Positively Powerful Scholarship Fund provides need-based awards to students in Minnesota Power’s service area who demonstrate integrity. Applicants must be a graduate of a Minnesota high school in the service community and reside in one of several designated counties.
