About: Offered by the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association (ITEEA), Veterans Make Great STEM Teachers honors veterans committed to teaching by providing $1,000 to $3,000 to those pursuing a technology and engineering teacher education degree. Applicants must be a current ITEEA member, either enrolled in an accredited teacher-education program or teaching with five or fewer years of experience.
