Amount: $6,000. About: The United States Bowling Congress (USBC) offers the Chuck Hall Star of Tomorrow Scholarship. This scholarship is awarded to male students who compete in bowling. Applicants must be non-professional USBC members under the age of 20. The scholarship is awarded based on exceptional bowling performance, academic achievement, and extracurricular and civic involvement.
