About the AFDO Scholarship Awards

The Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) offers three scholarships for students interested in pursuing a career in research, regulatory work, or quality control, or teaching in an area related to food, drug, or consumer product safety. In order to qualify, students must be in their third year of undergraduate study.
Scholarship Amount: $2,500
Eligible Grade Levels: College Junior
Eligible Majors: Foods, Drugs or Consumer Product Safety
Residency Requirement: There is no state residency requirement for this scholarship.
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Deadline: March 1, 2021
