About: Offered by Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, the UPS Scholarship for Minority Students is a $4,000 award to support undergraduate industrial engineering students for academic excellence and campus leadership. To qualify, nominees must be full-time undergraduate students, above freshman level with a graduation date of May or later, and enrolled in an industrial engineering program that is accredited by an agency or organization recognized by IISE; must be a member of a minority group; must be citizens of the U.S. or its territories, Canada, or Mexico; must be members of IISE; must have a minimum 3.4 GPA on 4.0 scale.
