Applicants must be adults (ages 25 or older) with income levels less than or equal to 50% of the prevailing San Diego County Metropolitan Statistical Area HUD median income level (currently $37,950); have earned a high school diploma or GED; have demonstrated financial need; working either full-time or part-time; either re-entering college after a break or are starting college for the first time in fall of the current year.
