Amount: $5,000. About: Offered by the Boreal Waters Community Foundation, the Gus and Henrietta Hill Scholarship Fund provides $5,000 to graduates of Duluth East High School who took part in track, pole vaulting, or band. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.
