Amount: $5 $10,000. About: Offered by the Mitte Foundation, the Roy F. and Joann Cole Mitte Foundation Scholarship provides renewable awards of up to $10,000 to students from eligible Texas counties who plan to attend college in the state. Applicants must be a high school senior with a minimum 3.0 GPA planning to enroll full-time at an accredited two- or four-year Texas college.
