Amount: full-tuition. About: Offered by Northern Indiana Community Foundation, Inc, the Rochester Firefighters’ Memorial Scholarship is a full-tuition award to provide college scholarships to graduates of Rochester High School. Students must be graduating from Rochester High School who attended high school in Indiana for at least 4 years; must have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Financial need, scholastic achievement, active in school, work and the community; Special consideration to children of employees of fire, EMS, police or sheriff departments; those with full-ride scholarships are ineligible.
