Offered by the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), the Ralph W. Shrader Graduate Diversity Scholarship is annually awarded to high-performing graduate STEM students who are members of underrepresented demographics. Applicants must be women or minority students “enrolled in their second semester and at least two semester-equivalent courses per semester at an accredited college or university in the United States.” Additionally, applicants must be U.S. citizens, meet a minimum 3.5 GPA requirement, and be pursuing a “STEM/hard science” degree.
