Perryman Family Foundation College Engineering, Math, Metals and Technology Scholarships

About:
Each year, the Perryman Family Foundation awards scholarships to students pursuing full-time undergraduate degrees in engineering, math, metals, and technology, investing in motivated leaders who will power our regional economy of the future. Applicants must plan to enroll in, or be accepted to, a full-time, four-year undergraduate program within the fields of engineering, math, metals, or technology. To qualify, applicants must be a U.S. citizen; be a current or prospective student pursuing a full-time, four-year degree program in an eligible program of study; have completed no more than five years of undergraduate studies; not be affiliated with the Perryman Company or Perryman Family Foundation through board service, current employment, or close relatives; and currently live in one of the listed eligible counties located in Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, Northern West Virginia, Northern Virginia, Western Maryland, or Chautauqua County, New York. Preference is given to applicants who attend, or plan to attend, located in one of the eligible counties; have a minimum GPA of 3.0; and provide a high school diploma or similar credential, such as a GED or a federally approved “Ability to Benefit” Test.

 

Eligible Grade Levels: High School Senior, College Freshman, College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior

Eligible Majors: Engineering, Mathematics, Metals, Technology

Residency Requirement: Maryland, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia

Minimum GPA: 3.0
