About: Offered by Society of Women Engineers, the MASWE Scholarship is a $6,750 award to help women achieve full potential in careers as engineers and leaders, expand the image of the engineering profession as a positive force improving the quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity. Applicants must be a person who identifies as a woman; an incoming freshman through Ph.D. student; studying engineering full-time (exceptions made for re-entry/non-traditional students); studying at an ABET or Washington Accord accredited program in engineering, technology or computing in the upcoming academic year OR at a SWE Global Affiliate in India; a community college, university, or re-entry/ non-traditional student.
