Amount: full-tuition. About: Offered by Marion Community Foundation, the Helen E. Evans Scholarship is a full-tuition award to providing scholarships for Marion area students to pursue their higher education goals. Applicants must be HS seniors at Harding High School who have attended the school all four years; must be in the 50th percentile of class and intend to major in education; not be a relative of Lydia Roebuck.
