Amount: $10,000. About: Offered by Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators, the Gene Henson Scholarship is a $10,000 award to provide ongoing training and continuing education for our members, and to support education in our community. Applicants must be a US Citizen; attending high school in metro Atlanta; must attend a Georgia college or university; scholastic achievement in current academic year and overall GPA throughout high school; list of extracurricular activities; community work; financial need; annual household income will be considered; interview with members of the scholarship committee; recommendation from school advisor; student must maintain a GPA of 3.0 to receive the second installment after the first semester.
