The Out of Home Advertising Association of America (OAAA) runs the FOARE Scholarship Program. This program includes 7 named scholarships with specific eligibility requirements. All scholarships are worth a total of $5,000. All applicants must be connected, either individually or through their families, to the Out Of Home (OOH) advertising industry.
