Amount: $4,000. About: Elks Legacy awards are scholarships given to the children and grandchildren of Elks Foundation members. Applicants must be high school seniors who are the children or grandchildren of members who joined prior to April 1, 2018 or a charter member of a Lodge that was instituted on or after April 1, 2018.
