Amount: $5,000. About: Offered by Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, the Arup Scholarship is a $5,000 award to support undergraduate and graduate students pursuing engineering degrees. Applicant must be an active SHPE member; must be a graduating high school senior or an undergraduate or graduate student with a declared STEM major attending or planning to attend an accredited two-year or four-year college or university; must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA; must be majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Structural Engineering. 2 awards are made annually.
