Amount: Full Tuition & Fees. About: The National Defense Science and Engineering (NDSEG) Graduate Fellowship Program is a scholarship program funded by the United States Department of Defense (DoD). Applicants must be studying toward a degree in a field of science or engineering and must intend to study toward a PhD in their field. A full list of eligible majors is available on the scholarship application page. Students who are awarded fellowships receive full coverage of tuition and mandatory fees for up to three years. Fellows also receive a monthly stipend of $3,600 and up to $1,600 per year in medical insurance.
