About: Offered by Marion Community Foundation, the Mary Ellen Withrow Scholarship is a full-tuition award to support female graduates of Marion County who are pursuing postsecondary education. Applicant must be a female graduating senior or previous graduate of a Marion County high school; must have a minimum 3.0 GPA; must not a relative of Mary Ellen Withrow.
