Amount: $3,000. About: Offered by the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation, the NROC Postsecondary Education Scholarship provides four $3,000 awards to residents of Northgate Apartments pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen who has lived at Northgate for at least six months and can demonstrate significant barriers to their education.
