Cebik, W4RNL, and Jean Cebik, N4TZP, Memorial Scholarship is a $5,000 award to provide for eligible amateur radio operators pursuing higher education. Applicants must be technician Class or higher; can be any region; any field of study; must be pursuing a degree at a four-year college or university.
