Amount: full-tuition. About: Offered by Northern Indiana Community Foundation, Inc, the Frounfelter Scholarship is a full-tuition award to provide scholarship for qualified students from Rochester high school and who are likely to succeed as college, university or trade school students. Applicants must be graduating Rochester high school seniors in the top 20% of their class who attended at least 4 years, B average or above and involved in school, work and the community. those with a full-ride scholarship are not considered; pre-k, primary or secondary school students; must be undergraduate or graduate students at a college or university who are pursuing studies or conducting research to meet the requirements for an academic or professional degree; students – whether full-time or part-time – who receive a scholarship for study at an educational institution that provides an educational program acceptable for full credit toward a bachelor’s or higher degree, or offers a training program to prepare students for gainful employment in a recognized occupation and is authorized under federal or state law to provide such a program and is accredited by a national recognized accreditation agency.
