Amount: $25,000. About: Offered by American Academy of Periodontology, the AAP Educator Scholarship is a $25,000 award to honor is given at each dental school to the graduating senior who displays the highest level of academic and clinical achievement related to periodontics. Applicants must be student members of the AAP who have been accepted into or are currently enrolled in a U.S. periodontal postdoctoral training program and who intend to enter full-time teaching in a U.S. program.
