About: Offered by Anchor Scholarship Foundation, the Anchor Scholarship Foundation Scholarships is a $2,100 $3,000 award to provide scholarships to eligible dependents of active duty, retired, or deceased Navy personnel. Applicants must be eligible family members (children and spouses) of active duty, retired, or honorably discharged Surface Navy personnel; applicants must be a spouse or a child who is a high school senior, current college student, or dependent planning to, or currently pursuing, full-time study for their first associate’s, bachelor’s (BA or BS) degree at a 2- or 4-year college or university, or an industry certification program in the United States; a child applicant must be up to the age of 22 as of March 1 of the scholarship award year; not every applicant is eligible for every endowed or administered scholarship.
