Amount: $3,000. About: Offered by Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, the Edward P. Boland Scholarship Fund is a $3,000 award to supporting Holyoke residents who are graduating seniors from Holyoke high schools studying civil engineering or a related field at a four-year college. Applicants must be student who plans to enroll for the upcoming fall semester, in any year of college as an undergraduate or graduate student and who will attend an accredited post-secondary school in the United States; must attend on either a full-time or part-time basis.
