About: Offered by Marion Community Foundation, the Willie “Beaver” Troutman Football Scholarship is a full-tuition award to support Marion County graduates pursuing postsecondary education. Applicants must be high school seniors or graduates; Applicants must have attended a Marion County high school; Applicants must have resided in Marion County during two years of high school; Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA; Applicants must not be a relative of Lora Troutman; Applicants must be participating in college football.
