About: Offered by Voluntary Protection Programs Participants’ Association, the William “Sully” Sullivan Scholarship is a $3,500 award to recognize and support employee at a individuals site who has made significant contributions to the VPP program. Applicants must be a VPPPA Full member in good standing to qualify; must demonstrate their contributions to VPP at their site; students must be pursuing a degree (undergraduate or graduate) either full-time or part-time; all applicants must have at least a 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 grading scale, if already enrolled; open to employees enrolled in, or enrolling in, a vocational school, college, or university.
