About: Offered by ARRL The National Association for Amateur Radio, The David Knaus Memorial Scholarship is a $3,000 award to support licensed amateur radio operators pursuing postsecondary education. Applicants must be an active, FCC-licensed amateur radio operators; active foreign amateur radio operators are eligible for the ARDC scholarships; must be holding an amateur radio license for at least 1 year citizenship; united sates and all other countries grade level; H.S. senior, undergrad, graduate; an active Amateur Radio license; must be a residence in WI. If none identified, residence in the ARRL central division (IL, IN, WI).
