Administered by the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA), The Stephen K. Hall ACWA Water Law & Policy Scholarship is an annual award for graduate students interested in the field of water resources. Applicants must be full-time students pursuing a graduate degree in water law, water policy, or public administration with a demonstrated concentration in the field of water resources at an accredited U.S. college or university.

Eligible Majors: Public Administration, Water Law, Water Policy

Residency Requirement: No residency requirement

Minimum GPA: No GPA requirement
