Amount: $3,300. About: Offered by the East Tennessee Foundation, the Ruby A. Brown Memorial Scholarship provides $3,300 to nurses continuing their nursing education. Applicants must be an adult student who has graduated high school and resides in one of several designated East Tennessee counties.
