Amount: $5,000. About: Offered by Marines’ Memorial Association & Foundation, the Richard & Susan Braun Family Scholarship is a $5,000 award to assist members of the U.S. Armed Forces pursue undergraduate degrees. Applicants must have served honorably in any branch of the US Armed Forces; must be full-time students attending accredited non-profit undergraduate programs in the United States; applicants must be graduating high school seniors or returning college students; high school juniors are not eligible; inurement, paid employees, volunteers, Board of Directors, and immediate family members (including grandchildren and in- laws) are not eligible; Marines’ Memorial Association membership is not required. 2 awards are made annually.
