Amount: $1,000 $90,000. About: Offered by National Black Nurses Association, the National Black Nurses Association Scholarships is a $1,000 $90,000 award to provide funding for continuing education. Applicants must be a member of NBNA and a member of a local chapter (if one exists in applicants area). If a chapter does not exist within a 50- mile radius of location may join NBNA as a direct member; must be currently enrolled in a nursing program (LPN/LVN, ADN, RN-BSN, Generic BSN, Masters, Doctorate) and in good scholastic standing at the time of application; must have at least one full year of school remaining.
