About: The Nancy Fletcher Leadership Scholarship is one of seven named scholarships in the FOARE Scholarship Program, a program that provides scholarships to students with connections to the Out Of Home (OOH) advertising industry. All applicants must be able to detail their connection, either through themselves or through their family, to the OOH industry. This scholarship is offered to a woman studying in any field who has demonstrated leadership qualities and skills.
