Amount: $4,000. About: Offered by the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin, the Mark Foundation TLC Scholars Award provides $4,000 in tuition loan repayment to college and technical school graduates. Applicants must be a Marathon County resident who graduated from a Marathon County high school and completed a college degree within ten semesters, or a technical degree within six semesters, of high school graduation.
