About: Offered by Boreal Waters Community Foundation, the Lawrence E. and Mabel Jackson Rudberg Scholarship Fund is a $5,000 award to help graduating seniors from Two Harbors Senior High School and from Duluth public and private high schools. Applicants must live in northeast Minnesota or northwest Wisconsin; are planning to attend a college, university, community or technical college, or trade school; International School, Lakeview Christian; Demonstrate Financial Need; Demonstrate strong academic performance.
