The Educational Foundation for Women In Accounting (EFWA) manages the Laurels Fund. This scholarship fund provides financial support for female students pursuing an advanced graduate degree in accounting. Applicants must be a woman, have financial needs, be pursuing a PhD in business with a concentration in accounting, be attending an AACSB accredited college or university, and be a U.S. citizen. Recipients are selected based on academic achievements in coursework and research, volunteer work and community service, and financial need.
