Amount: full-tuition. About: Offered by Marion Community Foundation, the John F. Kreis Memorial Scholarship is a full-tuition award to applicant must be a Harding High School graduate who attended Tri-Rivers Career Center. Applicant must be a graduating senior or previous graduate who is attending, or has attended, Tri-Rivers Career Center for academic courses; must have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
