About: Offered by the Institute of Transportation Engineers, the ITE Diversity Scholars program provides a $20,000 award, renewable over five years, to a student of African American, Native American, Alaskan, Hawaiian, or Hispanic/Latino heritage. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and a high school or community college student with an intended major in transportation engineering or planning.
