Amount: $3,000. About: Offered by the Shoreline Community College Foundation, the Ina Knutsen Scholarship provides $3,000 to continuing students with financial need. Applicants must be a Washington State resident and second-year student with a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA who has completed the FAFSA or WAFSA.
