About: Offered by Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, the Heriberto Flores Scholarship Fund is a $3,000 award to supporting Springfield technical community college and Holyoke community college graduates of Puerto Rican ancestry from Hampden or Hampshire Counties who plan to attend Massachusetts institutions of higher education. Applicants must be student who plans to enroll for the upcoming fall semester, in any year of college as an undergraduate or graduate student and who will attend an accredited post-secondary school in the United States.
