Amount: $500 $3,000. About: Offered by The Homer Foundation, the Health Care Providers Scholarship is a $500 $3,000 award to support students from the lower Kenai Peninsula (from Ninilchik south) who are pursuing a career in a health care related field. Applicant must be a graduating senior or a previous graduate of a school located within the Homer Foundation service area or residing in the area who are high school graduates or who have achieved a GED equivalent; must be pursuing or planning to pursue a career in healthcare; must be attending a postsecondary institution or program.

Eligible Majors: Medicine
