Amount: $500-$1,000. About: Each year, the Georgia Mining Foundation provides scholarships to graduating high school seniors in Georgia. Each applicant must have been accepted to an accredited college or university in Georgia, have earned a 960 or higher on the new SAT or an 18 on the ACT, have an overall average of 85% or higher, and have completed all required high school courses.
