About: Offered by Winston-Salem Foundation, the F.A. and Charlotte Blount Scholarship is a $4,000 award to provide scholarships to minority graduating high school seniors in Forsyth County. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors from a historically underserved population in Forsyth County, NC; must be pursuing professional certification, associate, or bachelor’s degrees.
