Amount: full-tuition. About: Offered by Marion Community Foundation, the Everett Family Scholarship is a full-tuition award to providing scholarships for Marion area students to pursue their higher education goals. Applicants must be graduating seniors from Elgin High School who attended the school all four years; must be in the upper 50th percentile of class and intend to major in agriculture; must not be a relative of Robert E. Everett, Gertrude E. Everett, Nancy Everett Hafer, or Beverly Everett Roby; applicants planning to attend a trade school, two-year or four-year college or university, graduate school, law school, or medical school.
