Amount: full-tuition. About: Offered by Marion Community Foundation, the Daniel B. Stover Memorial Scholarship is a full-tuition award to support Elgin High School graduates pursuing postsecondary education. Applicant must be a graduating senior or previous graduate of Elgin High School who attended the school for all four years; must be in the upper 50th percentile of class for high school students (but not in the upper 10th percentile) or a minimum 2.5 GPA for college students; must not a relative of Betty Stover.
