Chi Am Circle Scholarship

The Chi Am Circle Club, a nonprofit Asian American women’s community service organization in the Bay Area, offers the Chi Am Circle High School Scholarship for Santa Clara County high school seniors of Asian descent. Students are awarded based on academic achievement and noteworthy extracurricular activities, such as community service, performing arts, work, and athletics. Applicants must be a high school senior in the current academic year; have a minimum 3.3 unweighted cumulative GPA in high school; be a U.S. citizen or legal resident; reside and go to school in Santa Clara County, California or be the child or grandchild of an active Chi Am member; be of Asian descent as defined by the California Department of Education; be a college-bound in the Fall after high school graduation and provide proof of acceptance and enrollment to an accredited two or four-year college (special needs student, as defined by Section 504 of the Education Code, may attend vocational training). All applicants will be considered for merit-based scholarships. Applicants who want to be considered for a scholarship based on financial need must provide their Student Aid Index (SAI) from their FAFSA report in their profile as well as their FAFSA Submission Summary.
