About: Offered by the Cape Fear Community College Foundation, the CFCC Foundation Merit Scholarship provides $1,300 to $2,600 to academically strong seniors from New Hanover or Pender County high schools who enroll at Cape Fear Community College. Applicants must have a 3.5 unweighted GPA and rank in the top 25 percent of their class.
